Absolutely yes we do. We complete a (PII) pre-install inspection during this time the technical measure takes place for manufacturing sizes and ordering. Our measure Techs also take photos of openings and document all important scope of work details. The measure info is then used to create the installer work order with photos attached.

Yes at time of PII measure a sales agreement will need to be signed by the homeowner/customer. The industry standard is 50% down at point of sale. The reason being all windows and doors are special order and custom made to fit your home exactly. The products ordered cannot be returned so the 50% deposit is a good faith payment to ensure any given customer does not cancel or postpone a project once the order has been processed.

All Pro Windows office will contact you and schedule your installation based on the manufacturers product ETA date. Once the order is placed we receive commonly within 24-48 HRS the vendor order confirmation with ETA date. The generated ETA date is then used to forward schedule installation dates that also matches our valued customers calendar availability. Simply put within 1 week after (POS) point of sale you will receive a schedule call from us confirming the installation date.

Most products have a Lifetime warranty. Once installed in your home we will provide you with the warranty registration details. You can also easily register your products ownership online with all manufacturers. Labor warranty is 1 year industry standard. We have our own service Techs in addition each manufacturer has local Denver/Colorado service Techs, if ever service support is requested.

Vinyl windows and doors are the lowest most frugal price. Composite and Fiberglass are mid range cost. Followed by Wood-Clad being the higher end price point.
